Enervalis and NKL needed to bring clarity to the multi-stakeholder EV Smart Charging ecosystem. I managed the project, coordinated interviews with five key stakeholders, and acted as a sparring partner to structure their ideas into a comprehensible report. My ability to quickly grasp the technical and stakeholder complexities ensured the project delivered actionable insights and a clear overview of aligned and conflicting interests.
Sympower and AEB wanted to strengthen their application for the AI4Cities challenge. I helped them revise their tender documents, challenged them to think at the next level, and provided an external perspective to describe their AI-enhanced energy grid solution more clearly and comprehensively. This support contributed to their timely and competitive submission.
